How It Works

Bossin Up Call Center is open to anyone interested in wanting to work from home. We provide guidance with sign up, enrollment, training, and live certification. Payments are made through the following: Cash App or Zelle.

You are considered an independent contractor and no taxes will come out of your pay. However, you will need to file your own taxes as self employment at the end of the year. You will have a choice of training time that fits your schedule, and you will schedule calls whenever you want to earn income as a fulltime, part time or seasonal agent.

Pay ranges between $9-$16hr. Platform Fee is deducted per pay invoice from Arise up to $50 max depending on how much you made for that invoice. There is a Call Center Admin Fee deducted based on your invoice being full time or part time. Full-time agents will have 10% fee deducted and part time agents will have a $20 flat fee deducted.

There will be a binding-contract between agent, client, and call center. You are expected to work under the call center platform for 9 months before transferring to another platform. If you decided to transfer before your 9th month you will not get invoiced. I look forward to you joining and creating an extra stream of income.

Step 2. Background check is free(your background check will update you within 24hrs. Anything on your background over 5-7 years should pass.)

Take the assessment. Once you pass assessment, choose an opportunity you will like to work on and pay the required training fee(ex: Comcast, Disney, Turbo Tax etc.)
